About Excel Automotive of Issaquah

Brad was born in Spokane, Washington and in 1986 moved to the west of the mountains with his parents, sister and his 2 twin brothers. After graduating from Newport High School he went on to study international business at Bellevue Community College. He currently resides on the Issaquah Plateau with his family, enjoying an easy commute to work on a daily basis. He spends his free time enjoying the local hiking trails and camping. His main hobbies are golfing and tinkering around on cars.

Brooke Higgins – Customer Service

As a long-time resident of Issaquah, Brooke’s job is to make sure that your needs are well taken care of. Having grown up with three brothers, she has developed an interest in cars and helping people solve their car problems. In addition to work, Brooke enjoys spending time with friends and her two sons – Jaxon and Braedon.

Ron Ulbrick – Master Auto Technician

With 27 years of experience as a Master Auto Technician, Ron is considered one of the best technicians in the region. He is extremely skilled at diagnosing your vehicle problems and fixing them correctly and efficiently, saving you money and time. Ron is a sports fan (we won’t tell you what football team he roots forJ) and enjoys spending time with his three kids – Dylan, Zachary, and Ryan.

Mel Aczon – Master Auto Technician

Born and raised in Hawaii, Mel has 17 years of experience as an ASE-Certified auto technician. He currently lives in Maple Valley, and enjoys drag racing and spending time with his three kids – Kayla, Kasee, and Gavin.
